High Noonish.
Edward Sorel did a Time Magazine cover in 1980 with Jimmy Carter in the Gary Cooper role. President Carter is walking alone down the dusty street to meet the Iranians while our allies scurry for cover. George wwwBush is no Gary Cooper and he is certainly no Jimmy Carter.
